Sure it can. One thing to keep in mind, since it won't be running on a web
server you cannot use any features that would require a web server, such as
forms that collect information (unless you point the form to a web site),
search forms, hit counters, etc.. An easy thing to do is to create a web and
test it on something similar to a CD, such as a flash memory stick (the kind
that you plug into a USB port). It saves the hastle of burning tons of CDs
to test things. Keep spaces out of all your filenames since they're illegal
characters for a web browser. Basically though, so long as all your
graphics, videos, and any other files you will need are placed within the
FrontPage web, you'll be ok. Just don't have any files that are accidentally
located on another web site, like an adobe acrobat reader icon. If you want
to have things such as a powerpoint presentation, it's also nice to include
the free powerpoint viewer just in case the user doesn't have powerpoint or
has a different version.
Keep a good eye on the video clips as they'll eat up space quickly. You can
go to
www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia to download a windows media encoder
that can convert the files into the windowsmedia format and sometimes save
space as well as enable anyone with windowsmedia player to view the files.
