can forms be filled in and sent over the internet ?+

I have designed a client form that I would like to send different clients and
have them fill out the form with their info and send back to me so that I can
incorporate the info into my database. Is this possible to do with Access
2003 ?

It is possible, but not practical. You would have to ensure that the users
had a copy of ms-access running on their machines.

I would think that a web based solution, or even a word template would work
much better here...
