Can form results in frontpage be sent as a pdf file

I had a form on my website for years. Is there a way for the results of that
form to be sent to me in a pdf file? Right now it's just simple text in an
email.
 
You would have to search the internet for pre-written application based on whatever server-side
scripted solution that work with a PDF generator that is supported by your web host.
