Can files be transfered between two computers using Remote Desktop

Can I transfer files, like video, audio, and data files
between two computers using Remote Desktop? If yes then
how.
 
Yes... Enable Folder redirection in the Remote Desktop Connection
Client before you connect with the remote machine... Then you will
see your local drives when you open up explorer.
