Can fields on General tab be moved to the Details tab?

I'm just beginning to map out the user defined fields I want to add to my
Business Contact form. My first question is whether there is the ability to
move existing fields on the Details tab over to the General tab and vice
versa?

Only used defined fields can be modified. General and details tab ared
(ASAIK) fixed.
 
Thanks JanK! I just read on another forum about the inability to import data
to a user defined field. For example, if I want to create a field labeled
Newsletter and add that to the Details tab would I then be able to import
data from the Newsletter field I have in my existing ACT database?

A small addition to my previous answer. It is possible to add custom
fields to other tabs. It is not possible to remove the basic fields.
