If we want DNS-server's in AD domain-Tree-1 to service AD Domains in (to be
created) in Domain-Tree-2 - how is this best done?

It depends. Will there be DNS servers in Tree2 that also host the zone? If so, simply create secondaries on the DNS servers in Tree1 of the zone in Tree2. If
Tree2 has no DNS, then simply create the zone on the DNS servers in Tree1, make it AD integrated and point all machines in Tree2 to DNS servers in Tree1
for DNS. Make sure that they don't point to anyone else for DNS.

Thanks

It worked by making Tree1 host a directory integrated zone on its dns
servers for tree2.
