Can "details" be viewed?

Am using Outlook 2002.

I like the calendar views like DAY or WORKWEEK, but it just shows the
event's SUBJECT line and no DETAILS. (I'm assuming the latter field is
called details...it's what you enter in the big white box at the bottom of
the new appointment window.)

Is there a way to display the details in a calendar view or at least have a
flag (like Palm does) that alerts that the event has more than just the
SUBJECT, it also has DETAILS...without having to click on every single
event.

Thanks

use the view that includes autopreview and you'll see the details as long as
the time slot is large enough (ie, you'll likely see it on a hour long appt
when you use 15 min scale but not on a 1 hour scale)

Thank you Diane,

I tried the autopreview, but you have to put the cursor on the particularly
appointment or all-day appt to see the details.

I'm looking for something that maybe shows off to the side (or somewhere),
or in a different color underneath, all of the DETAILS that relate to an
appointment.

Also, does this FIELD have a name...I looked in things like the search and
it lists everything (subject, location, message, etc.) EXCEPT one called
details. Would really like to be able to search for things in the details
field, or find "if empty" or "if not empty" but haven't seen how yet.
Thanks
