Can "delete" be reversed

I'm using Outlook 2003 with BCM. Is it only possible to undo an accidental
*Delete* in "Contacts" but not in "Business Contacts in BCM"? Like this:

"CONTACTS FOLDER". If accidentally delete John Doe... just press Cntl-Z or
Edit > undo

"BUSINESS CONTACTS IN BCM FOLDER". If accidentally delete John Doe... it
doesn't give "are you sure" warning, plus it doesn't seem to give any undo
option. If ture, you'd have just irreversibly wiped out maybe a year of
emails, letter, phone notes, etc. Is this true? Surely there's a way to
easily restore this? In worst case, can I get it off a backup tape?

Deleted Contacts will be in the BCM Deleted Items folders. You can go
there, find the item, and undelete it.

I did find the "deleted items" underneath the Business Contact Manager
Folder. (To get there, I clicked the yellow folder icon at very
bottom-right of monitor).

I tried to drag one of the deleted BCM names to the main BCM Folder...but it
said

Can't move, you don't have permissions, right click folder, click
Properties, check folder permissions

I did that but there isn't one for "folder permissions"

I wondered if someone might could point me in right direction on this,
thanks

Hi,

To undelete a Business Contact, drag and drop the same from the BCM "deleted
items" folder to the "Business Contacts" folder, not to the main BCM folder.
Similarly to undelete Accounts, drag and drop the item to the "accounts"
folder and so on.

Regards,
Shweta
