Can contacts be made truly "Private" and if so, how can I bulk cha

I want to synch my personal contacts from my home Outlook client with my
office Outlook client. My office runs Exchange. However, I do not want my
personal contacts to be readable by any Exchange admins (or anyone else at my
company).

If I mark my personal contacts as "Private" within Outlook, will that
encrypt them on Exchange so that they will be unreadable by anyone else?

If so, I have around 900 personal contacts that I need to mark as private.
How can I make this bulk change instead of opening-checking private-closing
each one?

Thanks very much for the help.

Anything in your Exchange mailbox is accessible by the Exchange admins so
your "private" items are not really private. Second, do you really want
your private/personal contacts at work for any and all to ask about?
