Can .BMP be changed to .WMF files?

Also .JPEGs into .WMF(Windows Metafile) format and MS
Paint & Photo Studio, on my computer, do not save in this
format. Thanks.
 
You can convert WMF to JPG with a free batch converter here:
www.irfanview.com
However you cannot convert a JPG or BMP into WMF.
I am not sure why you would want to do this conversion. Do you want to
include a JPG into a word processor like Microsoft Word or Word Perfect? If
so, in Microsoft Word you simply click on Insert, Picture, from file and
select your JPG or BMP and the file will be converted automatically and will
be inserted in the document and you still will have your original JPG in
your folder.
With Word Perfect, you click on Insert, Graphic, from file, and select the
picture.

background. BMP & JPG inserted pics show a small picture
in a square or rectantangle shape with white around
picture in the square. WMFs,however, show just picture
without box on original background.

I replied to your earlier message but now that I read
this second thread...I realize that what you need to do
is create your cutouts and then save them in the .gif
format. Then your transparency will be maintained
when you add them to projects.
