Can backgrounds of folders be altered in XP Pro?

I've been looking for a way to change the background of
folders in my "My Documents" folder (and others) but I
can't seem to figure out how to do it!

I'm using XP Pro currently, and I know I could do this in
98/ME, but not (it seems) in XP.

Anybody know how I can do it?
