J JulieD Feb 27, 2005 #2 Hi Gary i don't think you can, however, autocorrect allows up to 255 characters per entry. You could therefore make autocorrect entries instead of autotext ones (the autocorrect file is shared between excel & word) hope this helps Cheers JulieD
