can ASP.Net read .pdf files?

Some one asked me if it was possibles to have a .pdf form submit values to an
ASP.Net form for processing? Does anyone know if this is possible.

Yes.

Either as a GET query string or as a Web service using GET.
 
Not sure if I understand. Is this done by put the GET query string in the
..pdf document? Do you need adobe software for this? Do you have any samples?
