Jesse Liberties books are the best I have seen.

Take a look for his titles on Amazon. There are two
on C#. The one I have is Programming C#.

A

O'Reilly's programming C#

(you can peek an ebook before buying, check Kazaa or sumfing).

I do not recommend NOT buying it. Just think it is nice to be able to have a
peek before you do......

Best!

It has some coverage of those concepts, but the book in general may be a bit
more aimed at people with less skills in the field than you obviously
have...

But as said before, check Kazaa for a quick peek and then buy the one you
like! I really look upon it as browsing a book at the bookstore...
Good searchin'!
