I hope someone can help out. My computer keeps crashing ! When I am using internet explorer or outlook express I am getting a message that reads that the program is not responding so I have to keep coming out of the program. More often I have to completely reboot my computer. Early today I had a message reading memory dump !! I am using windows xp on a pc thats about a yead old. Hope someone can help me out ! thanks

Also do a good cleaning of your system. Go to MyComputer>rt click on Drive
Icon>select Properties>Disk Cleanup>
Check all the boxes and select More Options>System Restore-Cleanup. Say
yes to all. Go here and download
System Mechanic. Its free for 30 day trial. www.iolo.com It does a good
job of cleaning the registry. Do a defrag
and Chkdsk. Just rt click in Drive Icon>Select Prop>Tools>Error
Checking-check now. You will probably get a message
saying to do it on next startup. Click Ok. Good Luck.
