What's your budget, Kutty? Do you want a turnkey solution (if so do
you have *detailed, thorough, and accurate specifications*), help
designing your own database, a collaborative development, or what? Do
you want a one-user, three-table, no fancy features quick job, or an
enterprise-scale networked professional product?

This could be anything from $1O0 or so to tens of thousands of
dollars, depending on the requirements. But you're not likely to get
someone to do it for you for free.
