I would like to write an Outlook rule that will copy an incoming email to a
directory on a disk. I know how to write a rule that copies an incoming
message to an Outlook folder, but our office organizes all documents by job
number, and we are asked to save copies of emails to an email folder so that
they can be archived with the other job documents.
There doesn't seem to be a command that can do this, I probably have to
write some kind of custom action, but I am unsure how to proceed.
