Can access web, can't ping

I can access the Internet (through dialup MSN.com), but I
can't get through to my LAN. I can't even ping anybody,
anywhere! Anyone seen this before?
 
How are you trying to connect through your LAN? what service and what
type of device?

Thats not a problem... I am sure if you use this, your
computer DSL will work just fine.

Control Panel > Network Options/Properties> Right Click on
LAN or High Speed Internet> Click on the REPAIR Option.
