Can a shared calendar be the default calendar when Outlook opens?

I'd like to make a shared calendar the default calendar whenever starting
Outlook 2003. It appears that Outlook only selects from a user's folder list
to set a particular calendar as the default. Does anyone know whether/how a
shared calendar can be opened by default, rather than a user's own calendar?
