camtasia add-in won't show up!

All,

Powerpoint 2003.
Windows Vista.

I installed camtasia, i downloaded the trail version on the techsmith website.
But the camtasia powerpoint add-in that comes with the installation won't show up in powerpoint.

I tried all there's to find on the techsmith website but the problem won't fix.
Microsoft has an bulletin to about this problem but unfortunately with no results.

Any solutions?

My PP2003 has all the updates.

Which security level do you have for macros? Maybe you need to set it to
"low".
Do you see the addin in "Tools / Addins" as available? If not click an "Add
New" and add it to the list.

As Pia said, do you see it listed in Tools | Add-ins?

Also which version of PowerPoint are you using?
 
OK -- then you first need to check the link that Bob J provided. You can also
contact TechSmith support if that link does not help you.
