Hi Dwayne
Ive had the same problem which I managed to resolve with
the following:-
I got this from an answer already posted and it worked
for me with XP.
i) Conncet your camera to your computer, power it on and
make sure you have pictures on it.
ii) Click Start, click on Run and type the following in
the textbox:-
regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
and press Enter
dont forget the space between ...r32 and shim...
iii) Goto the following site:-
www.bigblackglasses.com/staff/downloads/autofix.exe
and download the file to your computer. Double click on
this file and a window will open.( Be sure that your
camera is still switched on.) Follow the directios on
screen.
Once complete turn off camera and restart the computer.
iv) After restart turn on your camera and after a few
seconds the wizard should open.
v) If not follow this to setup the Autoplay. Turn on
camera. Goto My Computer. Double click the removable
drive, which is your camera, and select properties. Click
autoplay tab. Select file type (eg pictures). Select
Action to Perform. Click on Copy pictures to a folder
using scanner and camera wizard. Click Apply. Click OK.
Good Luck
Nick
