I have a sony cybershot DSC-S370 and their was a slip of paper in the box
that said I HAD to install the software on the disk before downloading
pictures.
I use windows xp SP3.
I get through camear wizard up to the box that says "Delete pictures from my
device after copying them" but the box is grey and I can not check the box.
I tried deleting the sony camera utility program but I get a screen that
says "installed verison of application could not be determined. setup will
now terminate."
I called SONY they said it was a Microsoft problem, even though I didn't
have this problem before I down loaded the disk.
I wish I had made a restore point prior to downloading software but I didn't.
I can manually delete the memory from the camera, but I want to camera
wizard to do it for me.
Am I stuck taking the extra step of manually deleting camera memory or is
there help for me?
