Calulating business days

I work in transportation and I need to project due dates based on service
level and business days.

Is there a way to take weekends and holidays into account when doing this.

For example, if freight ships today at standard service and it would take 3
business days, how do I get a result of Tue 2/7/06 rather than today + 3
which would be Sun 2/5/06?

Thanks for the help.
