Calling card being used on toll free area codes.

Have OL 2000 and use autodialer for contacts. It uses
calling card OK on all area codes other than mine but
don't know how to enter toll free area codes numbers so
calling card isn't used. Tried putting comma in front, NG.
 
Go into dialing properties and how xp handles area code issues. You have to
tell it to NOT dial the area code for XXX area code.
 
Oops! I forgot to tell you about Area Code Rules under dialing properties.
