If I have a series of meetings that I want to calendar that are for the same
time: 1:30-4:00 but on a random set of afternoons (not every Thursday or the
last thursday or the 15th i.e.)

Is there an easier way to do this besides going and putting the individual
appointments on each day?

Is there a way to enter them all at once or at least duplicate or copy from
one day to another?

You can make one, then Ctrl click on the date Navigator to show each day you
want to copy it to. Then Right Mouse drag it to the destination days and
release. You can even do it by dragging onto the Date Navigator itself -
they will appear at the same time as the original one.

I'd consider using Excel to create the appointments, especially if there was
some weird pattern you could use for the dates. If not, you can copy and
paste or use WS.Repeat appointment
