Using what calendar program? There is no program of this type within
Windows. Outlook from the Office suite has a calendar program. Don't have
Outlook installed on this machine so cant check but look in the appointment
setup screen for a place to enter starting/ending dates for the recurring
appointments. If no luck, please repost this question in the Outlook
newsgroups. Home page for the Office Newsgroups:
http://r.office.microsoft.com/r/rlidOfficeCommunities?clid=1033

Select "Office" in the sidebar. The main portion of the page will change.
In that main section will be a category for Outlook. Select a subtopic
("Calendaring" would be a good choice) to bring up the newsgroup.

MS Works is not part of Windows XP although the maker of your PC may have included it as part of the bundled software. You need to ask this question on a newsgroup dedicated to MS Works.
