Calender Sharing

I was wondering if someone could help me........I've been searching the net for the past week trying to find a simple and cheap way to share a calender. I have 3 computers in my house, each running outlook. I'd like to have one computer contain a calender which the other two could view and edit. I've seen programs but they cost over $100. Anyone have this problem in the past and figured out a better way to overcome it?

Version of Outlook? Most of the free solutions are read only from the
secondary systems.
