calender program

I'm looking for a calendar program that is more versatile than what comes
with Word or WordPerfect, i.e. something that will let me adjust the margins
more and make the default day numbers adjustable. I work in a hospital and
need something that will let me edit more so that I can fit everyone that's
on-call without making the font so small that the blind old nurses I work
with can read.

I don't have Word or Wordperfect, but I know this calendar app works
well if you want to print it out.
