calender layout

I need to be able to redesign the layout of the outlook calender.

I need to be able to show just 4 max 5 spaces to be able to book
appointments in. I do not want to allocate times to the appointments, can i
do this and how?

Use an Excel spreadsheet and place it in the Outlook Shortcuts so you can go
to it quickly. Outlook is all about Start and End times and doesn't offer
what you want.

Thanks for the advice

I understand that is all about start and end times, say for instance i take
a booking at 9 am and each booking is to take say 2 hours can i book the
space and always allocate 2 hours to that booking?
