Calender in Form for date field

I want a calendar to pop up on a form for the "date" field
so the users can pick the date from the calendar. Any
ideas or suggestions?? Thanks

On the design of the form use the insert and select

activeX controls. you will find a calender there where you
can set the data field to your date field
