Calendars

Have set up a "Company Calendar" as a public folder on Exchange 2003. All
clients are running Outlook 2003. I want to link the Outlook calendar to
the exchange public folder so that anything marked as business shows up on
both calendars automatically.

Is this possible to do?
If so, how?

http://www.exchangegroupcalendar.com gives you any number of shared public
folder calendars per user that automatically stay in sync with the personal
schedules.
It supports/respects private items or hidden items.
To make it work the other way around you could create a custom calendar form
and set it as default posting form for the personal calendar. In the custom
form your only customization would be the ticked Private checkbox or the @@@
string in the text field to hide the item.
All postings would then be privateor hidden by default an the box would have
to be unchecked for an item to become visible on the group calendars.
