all of our systems were set to adjust for daylight
savings time. All of a sudden all of our calendar items
are off by an hour and the only way to fix it is to turn
off daylight savings time for the time being. has any one
else experienced this problem and is there a quick fix.
Hoping every appointment doesn't need to be adjusted.

is the time and time zone correct on all computers?

I had this problem also. What you need to do is open your
computer Date and Time properties dialog box (double click
on the time in the corner of your computer). Click on
the "Time Zone" tab and select the correct time zone for
your area, then click on the blank box next
to "Automatically adjust clock for daylight
saving changes." - click OK. Next you will want to check
the settings in your calendar. Go to Tools - Options -
select Calendar Options button - select Time Zone button -
next to Time Zone: select your time zone.
