Hi Group:

I need to create a form that will show a calendar in order to pick a date,
such as what you might use in an accounting program such as QuickBooks or
Peachtree. Can anyone provide advice, or direction?

A search here on "calendar" will give you many (already answered)
recommendations for pop-up calendars used for data entry. One of the better
ones at:
