calendar work week will not change with the calendar tool instruct

I did all of the above and the work week still has Saturday and Sunday at the
end of the calendar week instead of Sunday to start the week and Saturday to
end the week.

Care to state what "all of the above" means because, clearly, you didn't
include anything above.
