Calendar Viewing

I have a public calendar that is shared by the staff at my
company. All users enter their vacation on this calendar
as an "All Day Event", but when a large number of people
have made entries on the same day - they don't all appear
when viewing the day. If I have the Page Set Up chosen
for Calendar Details I can see all the entries in a print
preview... but not a regular view of the day on my screen.

Does anyone have any suggestions, on how to get all
entries for a particular day to appear when viewing the
calendar on the monitor.

I have the same issue when we have more than 6 appoitments
at the same time. pls advise.
