I'm not aware that I am doing anything unusual. My screen resolution is
1024x768, and my theme is Windows Classic (Modified). When I change the
screen to 800x600 the blocking is gone, but I can only see 4 hours of the
day. Is there a theme change I can make that will solve my problem AND
allow
me to use 1040x760

Diane Poremsky said:The # of hours in a view (without scrolling) is based on window height and
the time scale. If the search field displays correctly at 800x600, it
should display correctly at higher resolution. How much room the date name
takes up is controlled by the long date format and the width of the
calendar - a wide navigation pane or to-do bar along with the full long date
format (ie, Saturday, November 29, 2008 format) may cause the date to be cut
off.
