calendar use in access 2000

I am trying to use the calendar and its format in an
application as follows.
For example:
Calendar date: 4/1/03 4/2/03
My application: data...data... data... data... etc.
We have Access 2000 (MSOffice 2000).

I would appreciate any help.

The databases include the following:
1. one database for each year;
2. each database has 12 tables for each months;
3. the months January through December are the table names;
4. the dates of the month are the data names;
5. each new year a new database must be created.
Currently, there are 4 databases. I need to consolidate
these databases into one.
The app tracks the time that each employee spends and
check mark their timesheet each week when they turn it in.
The problem is to bring in the 4 year data onto a new app.

I hope I give enough info.
