calendar to "pop up"

I would like for my calendar reminders to "pop up" with the reminder as did
my old application. I cannot find how to do this with Microsoft Outlook.
Any help would be appreciated.

What's selected on Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>Reminder Options?
