Calendar Sharing

I was under the impression that Outlook 2003 could shrare a
calendar with other Outlook 2003 programs. I looked in help
and all it talks about is sharing the calendar with
Exchange mail server. If it is possible, what are the steps
to share the calendar in Outlook 2003 on a peer-to-peer
network?
