I am trying to share my calendar with a co-worker who
will have authority to modify all entries on my
calendar. I cannot access any menu which will allow me to
grant permissions (or delegate) to anyone else on my
network. The closest I come is in the calendar properties
folder, under administration, where there is reference to
permissions. However this area is shaded (not
accessible). Any suggestions?

Are you using Exchange as your mail server? If not, what version of Outlook are you using?

Right click on your mailbox - Choose properties, then
click on the permisions tab. You should be able to ADD
your co-worker and set the level of permisions. After you
do this, you then need to set permision on your calender.
Right click your calender - select properties - and then
click the tab permisions and again set the level you want
him to have. I suggest you only give him reviewer level
permision at the mailbox level, and then higher level
permision to your calender.

Next, you need to set up his computer to be able to access
you calender. He (or you logged into his account) needs
to got to Tools - then Services - then click the
properties button when Microsoft Exchange Server is
highlighted - click the advanced tab and then add your
user name to the list. This will bring up your calender.

Make sure under view, folder list is selected.

Note that these instructions apply only if the user is connecting to an Exchange server. We haven't heard from the poster yet whether they actually use Exchange.
