Calendar Sharing - view & input appts on 1 calendar by multiple us

My boss is switching to Outlook. Currently we have a web based calendar
program that gives me access to her calendar. We can both view and make
changes to the calendar she is currently using. Once it has switched to
Outlook, will we have this same capability?
