Calendar Sharing Problem

The user is running Outlook 2003 and Windows XP SP2. The option to share the
calendar isn't available anywhere. The 'navigation pane' is on, and the
account is Microsoft Exchange 2003. It is a laptop in case that offers any
clues. I do see an option to open a shared calendar. The computer is joined
to our network domain. If I attach the same account to my computer and
outlook 2003 -- it displays the share option. I did note when I tried to
create a 2nd profile for testing, and set it to 'prompt for which profile'
that it ignored that as well. Does anyone have any ideas -- I need help.

Thanks

Double check to make sure in the situation where sharing isn't available
that you're not using a PST file.

Can you tell me what exactly I should check? In the account, it looks at our
exchange server. I am familair with pst file - creating and opening - but am
unclear how to check if they are related to the problem.

Thanks for your reply.

See if it's the default delivery location here: Tools menu > Email accounts
