I have given read access in my calendar to three people
in the office. Two can see my calendar and one has the
message 'The connection to Microsoft Exchange Server is
unavailable. Outlook must be on line or connected to
complete this action'. I cannot see any differences in
the settings and this person can also send and receive
mail. What is wrong?

Do they have their default location for mail delivery set to a Personal
Folder File or the Exchange mailbox? Do they have Outlook set to Work
Offline? (File->Work Offline)
