When one of our Outlook 2003 users opens Outlook her
reminders do not appear and she receives the following
message:
There was a problem reading one or more of your
reminders. Some reminders may not appear. Cannot locate
recurrence information for this appointment.
Her mailbox is stored on a Windows 2000 Server, Exchange
2003. Here are the steps I've already tried:
1) Ran Detect and Repair. Error still occurs.
2) Disabled July and late June Reminders from existing
appointments. Error still occurs.
3) Moved mailbox to second Exchange Mailbox Store. Error
still occurs.
4) Logged user onto different computer (thinking the
problem might be in her local profile). Error still
occurs.
I've exported her calendar and was thinking to delete all
of her appointments and import the appointments from
the .pst file, but before I do this I wanted to ask if
anyone knows of a fix.
Thanks.
