Calendar reminder doesn't work

Some of our users reminder doesn't work with outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.
Although they configure the reminder correctly they don't get the reminder
15 minutes
before the start time. Has anyone an idea what could cause this problem.

Those solutions don't work for me

One day the reminder function was working, and now it doesn't. None of your troubleshooting options work for me, primarily because the computer can't find the files you said to type into "Run". Any other ideas?
