Calendar Printing

I am required to print a monthly calendar for our office.
The question is, can the small calendars at the top of the
page be changed to be the prior month and the month after,
as it is on commercially produced calendars. Or can those
small calendars be removed completely? I've been all over
the outlook 2000 sites and books and don't have an
answer. The 2 months at the top are currently displayed
as the current month and the next.
