Calendar Printing by Location/Day

I'm trying to find the best way to print daily "schedules" of resources using Outlook calendar.

For example, I have all the appts in the classroom with the location as classroom and the category as classroom.

The problem I'm running into is getting the reoccuring items (Class B that occurs every other day) to show more than just the initial entry.

I'm viewing the "table" view. I've sorted it the way I want, I just can't get all the appts to show.

I've read the posts on here about exporting to excel and making them all single entries on import. Whats the best way to do this without having to re-make every entry individually.

Try a app called wincalendar... it easily imports outlook calendar
into fully editable MS Word or Excel calendars, schedules, or
agendas... and yes it also displays each occurrence of a re-occuring
appointment.

For printing schedules including schedules with re-occuring appointments we use wincalendar. it converts your Outlook calendar to fully formatted native MS Word or Excel format. From there you can further edit, tweak the formatting, save, and of course print like any dox/xls file. see http://www.wincalendar.com/calendar-maker.html
