I am currently testing the "Calendar Printing Assistant" with Office 2007
BETA and it works very well and solves all of my problems with wrapping text
on meetingsm etc..

The only real question I now have is how to contact the author and ask how
to make it show the various colors of categories/events - it just prints PINK.

Thanks

I had looked extensively throughout the website prior to posting this
question. It does tell how to change fonts and colors on eveything except
fill colors on categories assigned to an event or scheduled appointment.
Outlook shows those colors whenever I want to print out directly from Outlook
but Calendar Printing Assistant does not seem to acknowledge the colors when
printing but it does a wonderful job of printing including solving the age
old problem of wrapping around on lines of text in the appointment
description which Outlook has never been able to do.

So, I would like to suggest this modification to the author if I knew who
she was and how to reach her via Email to do so.

Thanks,
Dave Shrader

Thank you for using Calendar Printing Assistant. We show the category color
using a dot followed by the category name for your appointment item. You can
use the Day List template to verify. The color we use for viewing and
printing is the same and is aligned with the original color that Outlook use.
Please feel free to send me a screenshot if you have so I can elaborate more.
Thanks,

Daniel, maybe you can help me too.

I installed CPA for Outlook 2007 and finally got it working, problem is it
can not find my entries from Outlook. I get a Red X before each item that I
want to add on my calendar print out.

I am pretty sure it is because I have my Outlook .PST file in a different
location and CPA defaults to Microsofts defaut PST location.

Is there any way I can tell CPA to look in a different location for my PST
file?
