My company just migrated to Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server from (hold on)
Netscape. Under the calendar program in Netscape, people could view another
persons calendar and see that a meeting was scheduled on that persons
calendar for a block of time but could not see the details of the meeting.
Under Outlook, you CAN view the details of that meeting.
What permission settings would prevent this? We want people to see that
time has been blocked off but not the details of that time.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
