Calendar permissions in Exchange

Hello...

Here is the scenario...

We are attempting to avoid that everyone has access to everyone here we I
work.

I have 2 distribution/security Groups, senior management called 'Management'
and 'Staff' for the remainder of the employees.

What we need to eb able to do is to set the rights to the calendar (at the
server level) that the members of the staff group can see the booked time in
the Management group; however they should not be able to read it at all...
should just show the colour bar showing busy....

Does anyone know of a way that this can be accomplished centrally... (at the
server) or any way that this is possible?

That was my understanding as well. However if I modify the default
premissions in the Schedule+ Free Busy Information - First Administrative
Group it disables the ability of the user to see what are the busy times or
free times for a specific user if need to set a meeting.

I may have miss constructed my answer.

What I need is the ability of over to still see in the calendar that a
specific user has booked or time time, but I do not want that user to ahve
teh ability to open then item or hoover with the mouse over the booked time
and read the subject line.
